To initiate a repair, please complete our online Repair Request Form , which will be promptly reviewed by a customer service representative. If you would rather speak to someone directly, you can call 1-800-537-0509 or send an email to custservice@telrepco.com.

Complete the Repair Form*

 *You will need to provide full model number and serial number (located on the bottom of the unit) as well as a description of the failure. We will then provide you with an authorization number and shipping instructions. Upon receipt of your unit, in-warranty work will be performed. You will be provided an estimate for all out-of-warranty and post-warranty work, which requires approval, prior to any repairs being made.
