You will need to provide full model number and serial number (located on the bottom of the unit) as well as a description of the failure. We will then provide you with an authorization number and shipping instructions.
*In-warranty repairs will begin upon receipt of your unit. For all out-of-warranty repairs, you will be provided a repair quote after diagnostics are performed. This quote must be approved prior to any repairs being made.
