Telrepco will maintain regular operations as an essential business. We will continue providing service to all our First Responder, Healthcare and other essential industries throughout the country to meet their ruggedized mobile computing needs.
Updates on Our Policies
The health and well-being of our employees and customers is our top priority.
Lobby: To help protect our Customers and Colleagues, we’re temporarily closing our lobby to customers. We ask that any walk-in customers please call ahead. There is a dedicated drop off and picking up space in the vestibule of our offices. You can continue to ship units to us for repair.
Going Virtual: In order to support social distancing, our sales staff and many of our administrative staff will be working remotely. Our team is well prepared for remote work and there will be no disruptions to service or sales.
Service and Support: Our skilled Lab Technicians are continuing to work on site as well as our warehouse staff. Shipping and Receiving continue to operate as normal. Our supply chain partners have also assured us that they will continue to operate as essential businesses.
