Remote Support

Please Enter Your Session ID and Click Connect

Instructions:

  1. Enter the Session ID provided by tech support and click Connect.
  2. Provide your name and hit Join Session.
  3. Click Download.
  4. Choose Open/Run, or, save to a folder and double-click the downloaded file.
  5. If a window pops up asking if you want to run Zoho Assist, select yes.
  6. Click Join.
